They took the time to send me pictures of the actual product and put up with my credit card not going through. I had to adjust my daily limit to make this purchase. I'd check with your bank to see what your limit is before buying. The only minor issue is that it is slightly too big for her finger, but we can get it re-sized here. I ordered a size 5.5 but the ring is probably a 6 (or else the national jewelry store we checked ring sizes at got the size wrong). I went to a store downtown and they wanted twice as much for the same thing. She has only had it on her finger for 5 days so I can't say how it will hold up, but so far we love it.

He did a lot of research and shopping and could not find a ring of this quality of setting and diamond for even twice the price. So he ordered it and when it came we were all amazed at how beautiful it is. The diamond shines with fire and sparkles unlike most any diamond I have seen. The setting is of top quality, and has prongs that holds the stone very securely. The ring did not come in the size needed so he took it down to the local jeweler and got it sized for less than $50. I am just amazed at the quality and beauty of jewelery Amazon sells. I would not think hesitate ordering more from Amazon.

It was one of the more hesitant online purchases I have made both because of the price and because of the uncertainty of the quality of the product I was buying. The ring was shipped overnight air (as all diamonds from amazon are) so it arrived early the next day. The first thing I did was to bring the ring to a jeweler to evaluate the quality. Both the color and clarity he reviewed the diamond as were identical to what was specified by amazon. No two diamonds are alike so I would highly recommend getting the diamond evaluated after a purchase just to be sure you get what you pay for. As for my fiancee she was thrilled with the ring and loves the simple traditional look.

The UPS guy knocked at my door at 9:00am and delivered a standard 13x9 inch overnight box. Inside was another smaller box....inside that was an even smaller box.....inside that was a plastic UPS bag covering another smaller box......when I unwrapped that box there was a beautiful leather-like ring box!!!! Once I opened it and saw my diamond I was absolutely stunned!!!! The diamond is crystal clear and sparkles like a mini-fire in the light. The band is thin with a beautiful 6-prong high tiffany-like setting just like I wanted and it looks gorgeous with my wedding band. I also received an appraisal signed by Novel and I am absolutely floored by their professionalism and the ring that I purchased for such a bargain!!!! Go for it....you will not be disappointed!!!

(More customer reviews)I order this ring and just arrived today....is sooo small, it looks a 100% different from the picture provided by diva diamonds...I'm so disappointed with it, the "diamond" looks like it has a crack on it, a diamond? with a crack?!?!?! no wonder is 190 with free shipping, I learn my lesson, i will never order from them again. I will try from another seller, and if i get the same result i will never order jewelry online AGAIN!!...and of course i want my money back!
