(More customer reviews)I opted to receive my ring overnight express and took the day off work just so that I could be there when it arrived. The UPS guy knocked at my door at 9:00am and delivered a standard 13x9 inch overnight box. Inside was another smaller box....inside that was an even smaller box.....inside that was a plastic UPS bag covering another smaller box......when I unwrapped that box there was a beautiful leather-like ring box!!!! Once I opened it and saw my diamond I was absolutely stunned!!!! The diamond is crystal clear and sparkles like a mini-fire in the light. The band is thin with a beautiful 6-prong high tiffany-like setting just like I wanted and it looks gorgeous with my wedding band. I also received an appraisal signed by Novel and I am absolutely floored by their professionalism and the ring that I purchased for such a bargain!!!! Go for it....you will not be disappointed!!!
