(More customer reviews)I ordered this item early in December as a Christmas present for my girlfriend. Up until the 21st or so of December the order status showed the package in transit. I emailed several times to check the status of the order and each time I was assured that the package would arrive by Christmas. Finally, several days before Christmas I emailed Amazon and was told that the item was no longer available and that my money would be refunded. This left me minimal time to replace the gift.
I also attempted to reach someone via telephone to inquire about this purchase and was only able to speak to representatives with very poor english speaking abilities. It was very frustrating and my overall experience was very poor.
