The band is very nice, with a milgrain design which makes it just a little more special than a plain band. Classic look. Unfortunately, the band was too big, and had to be exchanged for a size 10. Pays to really know your exact size before ordering. The size 10 fitted perfectly and the band is perfect for people who don't like flashy jewelry, but rather just a simple, classic look.

Edit: I did prefer the fit of the smaller size; still goes on easily, but no worries about it slipping off.

I used Amazon.com's ring sizing pdf page, determined the correct size, ordered it, and now have a happy finger. I actually ordered two widths: 2mm (for everyday wear) and 4mm (for times when I won't be using my hands for work.)
