The only noticeable difference betweeen the two rings is that on this ring there is a small flat edge (~1mm) on the side where the inner bevel and outer rounded surface come together. It's only noticeable upon close inspection. If you're not much for jewelry and just want to let people know you're hitched without all the flash, this is perfect. A note on titanium: the material will scratch and it is light...these are simply properties of the material and don't indicate "cheapness".
