(More customer reviews)Until now, I have not received the product and my credit card has been charged. I have addressed a complaint to the dealer, but they have blamed the post office, and no effective measure has been taken to give a solution to my complaint. The postal service has no record that I have received the product, but the dealer insits that they have sent it to my house. They should use another delivery service or they should require notice of receipt. It is extremely frustating to pay for a product and do not receive it. I would appreciate if Amazon could take measures regarding this matter.
