(More customer reviews)We bought this ring for our one year anniversary and it looked great. However, in less than 9 months of light use, one of the small diamonds fell out. We tried calling the vendor to discuss our options for repair. After leaving 3 separate voice messages over a one week span, I never received a return call. I finally heard back from someone more than a week later who didn't have any answers, but promised to call me back later that evening. The follow up call never happened. Instead, we received an email informing us that they are a third party vendor and that there was nothing they or the original manufacturer could do, not even an option to pay for a repair.
Pay the extra money for a wedding band from a more reputable company. We don't recommend using this vendor!
