(More customer reviews)This ring set was supposed to be a replacement wedding set for me to wear on certain occassions. In the picture it is beautiful. In reality, it is not so beautiful. My husband told me that I should just buy a real set to replace mine, but I didn't listen.....To begin with, I called customer service at West Coast Jewelry and asked what size the center stone is. The rep that I spoke with told me it is 1/4 of a carat. So, I felt comfortable that this would be a nice ring. I paid [...] for the expedited shipping and received it SEVEN days after I ordered it. The stone on the ring was NOT 1/4 of a carat. It is about a 2 carat equivalent stone (maybe slightly bigger). The prongs on the ring were crooked. The smaller stones in the bands were dull and did not shine in any light. The silver around the center stone was dull. The two rings did not sit flush all the way around (only in the front). At best, this ring set looks like it should have cost only [...]. I hated to have to write this review, because I was really hoping this ring set would be beautiful.
On a more positive note, West Coast Jewelry was professional and kind enough to promptly refund my account after returned the product. They also paid for me to return the ring set to them. However, they did NOT refund me the [...] shipping fee I paid to expedite delivery of this defective product to my home. So, I will have to contact them about that.
Regretfully, I do not recommend this ring set to anyone looking for a believeable and beautiful set.
