This being a very important purchase, I was determined to be 100% sure what the ring looked like and absolute sure about the diamond.
I asked many questions and every question I asked was answered, very fast, via email. I asked for more photos of the ring on a human finger - and they were kind enough to snap multiple different angles of the ring on a finger for me so I could see how the ring sat and looked like on a human finger. I was unsure if the ring would look too big on my girlfriend's finger, but after seeing the photos of it on a real finger, it really sealed the deal.
When you're spending 3500 dollars online you want to be totally sure what you're getting, and Jewelry By Nikash went far beyond any other seller I have ever dealt with. I have never received such outstanding customer service! Be it from an online seller or in a local retail store.
The ring is beautiful and I am so happy with it. I can't believe how well it turned out. I tracked the package. It shipped out at 3pm Tuesday from Texas and I had the ring for 3pm Wednesday the next day in Sumas, Washington. Outstanding, thanks again!
