(More customer reviews)-The blue diamond is not the same color as the picture.
-After 3 days of wearing it, one of the white diamonds fell out.
-After 7 days of wearing it, another white diamond fell out.
-When I took it to the jeweler they showed me, under a microscope, how poorly made it was... (most of the prongs weren't even touching the diamonds) the jeweler told me that eventually, they would all fall out.
-finediamonds9 doesn't guarantee any of their products after 20 days!
-It's almost impossible to get a phone number to contact them directly... but I found it, so if you have any problems (which you will) call: (877) 302 3424
-Once we returned the ring and CLEARLY stated that we wanted our money back, they sent us another ring (which we will have to send back AGAIN).
-We still haven't gotten our refund... and I have a totally different engagement ring from RobbinsBros (which I highly recommend) My new ring is guaranteed for life =)
