With my original band, my finger would get pinched when I am lifting weights so I got into a bad habit of taking it off and sticking it in my pocket...well I stuck it in one pocket too many and lost it. I decided to replace the ring with a white gold but shaped exactly like this ring...a half dome. The ring didn't pinched my finger but lost all of it whiteness after getting rubbed against the metal bars. This ring is the answer to all my problems. It will keep its color for life and I don't have to take it off and risk losing yet another ring. Besides the comfort level it looks great! It is nice and shiny and feels heavy in my hand. I am very happy with the purchase and highly recommend both the product and the vendor.
