However, it is unsure if it is the US Postal office's error or Metal Masters- the people who supply this product. At first we were very disappointed with delivery timing. To the credit of the customer service department of Metal Masters- they emailed and phoned us promptly. They were sensative to our disappointment in delivery times and gave good options to remedy the issue. We FINALLY got the ring, and it was a beautiful highly polished- classy ring. The ring is a nice solid weight, not flimsy. My husband loved it. The ring takes up a good real estate on the finger, especially a man with big fingers. We went with a size 12. Which fits ok, but if we went up a size it would be slipping off his finger. The 12 is just right. I would purchase from Metal Masters again because of the quality in the product they offer. We would be happy to send/post a picture of the ring on a man's hand to show the detail in fit on an actual hand. We believe Metal Masters should include this type of picture for a customers reference in the future. Happy Holidays!
