Unfortunately the sizing chart from Amazon resulted in the ring being too large. We had to send it back to the company to get a new one (shipping cost us nearly the same price as the ring)! Metal Masters had the return ring within 4 days on a Friday, to which I notified them via e-mail (in an attempt to get the proper size ring on or before fathers day again), and was informed that my return would not take priority to normal orders and would be processed on Wednesday! I finally received the new ring yesterday after complaining about the cost and wait (to which the size chart they agreed was problematic). It is far past fathers day, and this ordeal took way too long! The ring is beautiful and fits well, I love it, but it cost WAY too much and took WAY to long to get it... I was a normal order at one point, and after they agreed that it wasn't my fault I expected better service!
