I think the item was 'overpacked', 2 envelopes and 2 boxes, but I guess they were being careful. Delivery was on time and item was exactly what I ordered. Unfortunately; I ordered it 1 size too large and need to exchange it (gift was for mum and she can't wear it, shucks).
