(More customer reviews)First of all even with Prime the ring didn't get here on time... when purchased I was under the impression on the ad was re-sizable to a size 4.5 After taking it to a jeweler he said if I size down to a 4.5 it would cause structural damage and cannot be done. My wife was in love with the ring and opted to go with a loose 5.5.
