(More customer reviews)tried to put this on my ring but it scratches my finger when I tried to slip the ring back on. even with the instructions on[...], this product is terrible! the ring guard doesn't really fit with your ring (and I tried all the ring guard sizes) no matter how many times I try to adjust it with the pliers per the instructions.

RING SIZE ADJUSTER ASSORTMENT Contains 1 Small, 1 Medium and 1 Large ring size adjuster. 14k white gold filled ring size adjusters. Easy to attach and won't slip off. Simply use SMOOTH jaw pliers to bend the adjuster around the band, then insert finger & bend to adjust for size. Keeps ring in place. No sharp edges to tear clothing or scratch skin. SMALL usually fitS children's rings & thin banded women's rings. MEDIUM are best for wider women's rings or regular men's rings. LARGE fit wider men's rings, or to join a wedding band with an engagement ring. Ring Size Adjuster Installation Instructions 1) Place ring size adjuster next to your ring. It is shaped so that the outer edges turn upward to match the ring's contour. 2) Put the ring adjuster inside the ring. Set the arms over the bottom of the ring. Push down on the adjuster so that it takes the same shape as the ring. 3) Tighten the ring size adjuster to the ring with SMOOTH jaw pliers to avoid scratching. 4) Use the pliers to clamp down on one of the arms of the ring size adjuster once it's wrapped around the ring. This will tighten the ring size adjuster so that it won't slip. 5) Repeat process for the other side. 6) Adjust the size of the ring by pushing up or down in the middle of the ring size adjuster to find the fit that is most comfortable for you. Note: Ring not included. White gold is not perfectly white. In some light white gold looks like silver, but may look slightly yellow in incandescent light. The color of gold is determined by the distribution of colors in the light that is reflected from its surface. 14K white gold is an alloy of gold, copper, nickel & zinc. The nickel & zinc reduce the red & yellow reflected by copper & gold, but is not perfect. Some reds & yellows are still seen.
