We sent the ring back and Myla Diamonds sent us a new correct size ring the next week hassle free! Excellent shipping (both times) and prompt/sincere customer service. The ring itself is very nice for the great price. His original ring was also Tungsten Carbide although it was a better quality the price was much much much higher! This ring is an awesome value.
